Making an Appoinment

We operate on an appointment system. We set up just for your needs and take time for your treatment needs. We plan to run on time but sometimes more time is needed. You are welcome to ring and check if we are running late. PLEASE BRING YOUR MEDICAL & MEDICATION INFORMATION WITH YOU, OR ASK YOUR GP FOR A COPY OF YOUR HEALTH SUMMARY.

Both Sutherland & Engadine practices are interconnected so your records and treatment can be accessed at both practices. You can choose and we will confirm which practice you appointment is at. Sutherland & Engadine are wheelchair accessible.

Billing & Cancellations

We aim to offer dental services of quality and keep prices affordable. Payments can be made on the day with HICAPS and EFTPOS available. Quotations can be planned only after a consultation appointment and xrays are often required to provide comprehensive information. We appreciate things do come up in our busy days and you may need to cancel. Please give us at least a day's notice as we only plan to see you at your appointment, running costs are significant in a modern dental practice. As such cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.
